Fuzzy love…is there such thing like fuzzy love? I think this is only for relationships that lack understanding. Because on my opinion and so far on my experience it only exists when we do not try to understand nor accept our differences from our partner. So we try to see the small details and then make it as a big thing that will cause the relationship to be in a rocky situation. And then it will be followed with insecurities, accusations, disrespect and other negative emotions and the worst is when the relationship is not strong enough break up or divorce will follow (I hate this part). Well, we are only humans who commit mistakes but this statement should not always be our reason because guess what we are also capable of living without committing mistakes only if we want to, talk about self control and self respect. Anyway, I have something here that I got from the holy bible in the book of 1Corinthians 13:4-7:
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."
So if we try to internalize this, it is in fact the true meaning of love. Let us also be reminded of the song popularized by Whitney Houston “the greatest gift of all’
“The greatest gift of all is easy to achieve, learning to love yourself it is the greatest love of all”
Isn’t it wonderful if we always practice these things? There wouldn’t be such thing as “fuzzy love”. I know it is hardwork. But as they say, the greatest achievements we have are the hardest to get.
Ciao! Pass the LOVE on!
